Maurice has been involved in the Property Business for over 60 years. Starting in Brighton, his career has spanned far and wide taking him to America for a number of years, Hong Kong, Spain and finally settling back in London. Maurice set up The Letting Company in London back in 1993 in Parsons Green, relocating onto the busy Fulham Road in 2006. Maurice’s first love is to travel around the world, taking in the various cultures and sights. Maurice is a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur supporter and also enjoys watching tennis, cricket and boxing.
Abbas has been with The Letting Company for over 25 years. Keeping a close eye on local market trends and his ear to the ground, he is the person you want to speak to if you are thinking of investing in property! Very friendly and approachable, landlords are able to access Abbas’s wealth of local knowledge for investment purposes in the residential rental market. Abbas enjoys cooking, yoga, travelling and watching his son play tennis.
Ruth is a very important member of the TLC team and has been since she first joined. Her warm, friendly and calm persona has made her an instant hit with both landlords and tenants alike. Ruth is like a ray of sunshine in the London office with her beaming smile and bubbly personality brightening up the most miserable of winter days.
Richard has been involved in the property industry for over 30 years both developing and selling overseas and in rentals here in the UK. Richard was first introduced to property by his father Maurice who started The Letting Company over 25 years ago. Richard originally lived in London before moving to Brighton as a teenager. Richard is an avid follower of all sport including his beloved Tottenham Hotspur football team.
Tony has worked in the property market for over 10 years, originally starting in overseas sales before moving into UK residential lettings and property management. Tony played a major role in the opening of TLC Sales & Lettings Brighton office and is a very keen and enthusiastic member of the team. In his spare time Tony likes to spend time with his young family and enjoys keeping fit, DJing and watching Brighton & Hove Albion.
Max attended the well renowned Brighton College where he enjoyed both academic and sporting success representing his school in football, tennis, cricket and rugby. Max spent his gap year travelling around Asia before returning to join the team at TLC Sales & Lettings. Max has always shown a keen interest in property and is the 3rd generation to work in the family business.
